Yohai is a California licensed architect serving the greater Los Angeles area. For over a decade Yohai has specialized in the planning and designing of a variety of housing projects including ADUs, small lot subdivisions, multi-family buildings and single family homes. He also possesses in-depth knowledge regarding the rules and regulations for SB9, density bonus and affordable housing projects. Yohai brings a unique architectural approach that incorporates traditional values with contemporary design. Yohai holds a degree in architecture from the University of Haifa and also has experience with architecture and design projects in Tel Aviv and across Israel.
